Prosecutors charged that officer with first degree murder today and the judge ordered police to release the dash cam video. You can see the officers fired on the teenager as he walked along the roadway. Police claimed he refused to drop a knife. He was hit with 16 shots and autopsies showed he was wounded twice in the back. Police fought for several months to keep the videoro going public. City leaders fear the video will stir up tempers.
