The metaverse is very nascent. It is where the Internet was in 2003. It will still be nascent for another three years. But the infrastructure that supports it is constantly growing. But everybody including Amazon Prime, Netflix, Sony are building on it. It allows various brands across categories from confectionery to BFSI to offer deeper, engaging consumer experiences.
