The ICC Court wishes to ensure that the information, which may become known to Members while performing their function in the course of their term of office as member of the ICC Court or when in charge of selecting or proposing arbitrators to the ICC Court within an ICC National Committee or Group, is used in compliance with the ICC Arbitration Rules and their Appendices and protected from any disclosure. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson (pictured) said there were lots of “teething problems” with the country’s adjustment to life outside the European Union’s single market but the hard-hit fishing industry would gain over the medium to longer term, write Guy Faulconbridge and William Schomberg.
“Of course there are there are teething problems in lots of areas and that’s inevitable because this is a big change,” Johnson said during a visit to Scotland on Thursday (28 January).
“But be in no doubt, over the medium term and much more over the long term, the changes are very, very beneficial for Scottish fishing,” he said, adding that eventually Britain would be able to fish all the stocks in its territorial waters.
