I can’t lie I didn’t really know much about him coming into the draft. In all honesty I thought he was a running back/return guy so I wrote him off as a player we would be interested in. Horn, Surtain or Waddle were the guys we had to take had any of them been there at 11. I personally wanted Parsons. I can’t but help think Smith was never going to be our pick at 11 based off of what we did at 20. If we wanted Smith at 11 so bad wouldn’t we have just taken Rashod Bateman at 20? The Eagles and Cowboys wanted to screw us and I feel they both came away feeling stupid. I liked both teams drafts in their own right but I am happy the Cowboys didn’t get one of the top corners and the Eagles just seem a mess. The trade down to 20 seemed a bit far as the clock was ticking and players were coming off the board but the extra draft picks next year kept me at ease. Kadarius Toney ....
