Posted on I’m writing to you today to share directly what’s happening on the ground in the fight against the Line 3 pipeline, and what you can do to help during this critical time. But first, I need to catch you up on all that’s happened in the last two weeks: Not surprisingly, on Monday, Nov. 23, the Trump Administration granted the last permit and final hurdle for Enbridge to begin construction of Line 3 despite outstanding legal challenges and spiking COVID-19 rates. One week later, Minnesota’s Democrat Governor, Governor Tim Walz, granted the final state permit. Resistance on the ground has been happening for years.
