A second Virginia Tech student is 13yearold girl from blacksburg. The remains of 13year old Nicole Lovell were found disappeared from home. 18 yearold David Eisenhauer was charged saturday with year old natalie keepers helped him dispose of her body. Police say eisenhauer knew lovell beforehand and used their relationship to abduct and then kill her. Lovell s body was discovered in north carolina, about 100 miles from home.
