Thing, there were southwest employees there, some were 20 year employees at the company, and they were working so hard. they are being so kind, they are keeping their cool, and some people being very nasty to them, even though they literally had no control over it. these are the people that work in baggage, the people taking the backs off the carousel, as the people pulling the bags out of the police at the plane, the customer service agents, they were all working so hard. one woman had been there over 24 hours, she said, so, kudos to the employees trying to do their best to help all the customers get their bags back. this is very minor for us, we live in tampa, our flight was canceled, thank god, while we were in tampa. that is lucky, i suppose. did you find it back? yeah, it took us about, i believe, four or four and a half hours to find our bag from the time we went down to the time we started standing in line, so we did get our backs back. britney, i don t know if you heard m ....
