Before i start that, i just wanted to say that since the last meeting, we have gone from summer to winter and from fires to floods, as is how it goes in San Francisco. I just wanted to say thank you and to acknowledge the department of Emergency Management, the p. U. C. , public works, m. T. A. , fire and rec park. We met yesterday to review the citys response to the december 7th storm and recent flooding. As folks are probably aware, we had an out of nowhere, almost tornado, technically a micro burst, but it dumped a whole lot of water on the city in a short period of time on a saturday afternoon.
