Search and rescue teams are working through the night searching for survivors after the catastrophic building collapse in the town of surfside near miami. Part of the 12story shamplain towers came crashing down during the early hours of thursday morning, four people are confirmed dead and the whereabouts of 159 others are unknown. It is still not clear what caused the high rise condominium tower to collapse. Rescue teams have been facing daunting obstacles, heavy smoke from fires within the building, unstable mountain of rubble, as well as heavy winds and rain. It is well with my soul. The vigil was held friday evening to remember the lives lost and to pray for those who are unaccounted for.
