Sybil Morial admires the first marker for the Louisiana Civil Rights Trail unveiled May 3 at Dooky Chase s Restaurant in New Orleans. The trail is a project of the Louisiana Office of Tourism led by Louisiana Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser (pink tie).
