Sweet Dreams Tea Shop owner Jin-Hee Song in Waterloo, says she is impacted by this shortage. Monday was delivery day at the shop and Song says they didn t receive the amount of tapioca they normally receive. We have something in mind still to make the drinks fun and we can creatively find something else, said Song. Yes, tapioca s important, but there are other things that we can do. ....
