Another thought proposed in the letter is taking away free parking meters on nights and sundays. A lot of people come into the city on the weekend, and i think that, you know, that parking is just as valuable on the weekend as it is during the week. I dont like that. That city is in a negotiation with the federal government to implement congestion pricing through manhattan south of 60th street.
