Authorities say 34-year-old Thomas Baldwin stole an MBTA vehicle with a passenger in it outside a Stop & Shop in Woburn, Massachusetts, then drove into Boston.
A man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after an MBTA vehicle was stolen in Woburn with a passenger inside it, officials said. The vehicle allegedly crashed into three vehicles while fleeing on Interstate 93 south through the Tip O'Neill Tunnel into Boston.
