When Will The Snowstorm Start In Andover?

(Jenna Fisher/Patch) ANDOVER, MA Andover schools will be remote Thursday due to the snowstorm, the district announced. Andover could get as much as 18 inches of snow, according to the latest National Weather Service forecast. The entire region was put under a winter storm warning, with 6 to 15 inches of snow expected. The Andover area was forecast to get 12 to 18 inches. Online or absent? School districts cope with missing kids

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced school districts across the country to adopt remote models that include a mixture of in-person and online classes as a way to prevent the spread of the highly contagious disease.  While online classes works for some students, remote education has left others racking up absences because they aren t logging into class, aren t doing the work, or are simply checked out and playing video games while the class goes on.
