At the Coastalong Music and Sustainability Festival, helping the environment while listening to tunes is easier than riding a bicycle. Less than a week after Earth Day, the 11th annual Coastalong festival will be held Saturday from 12 to 5:30 p.m.
The official neighborhood council that represents UCLA and Westwood Village to the Los Angeles City Council is the North Westwood Neighborhood Council. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month and are open to the public at UCLA’s Weyburn Terrace.
JazzReggae Fest is showing the Westside some love with a lively celebration of culture and community. On Monday, JazzReggae Fest will commence for the 36th year at Sunset Canyon Recreation Center.
