Updated: 6:54 PM EDT Jul 16, 2021 If you re looking to eat some of your favorite Pennsylvania foods, there s an event in Harrisburg this weekend that may interest you.You can grab milkshakes, potato doughnuts, pulled pork and other favorites at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Summer Food Fest.The food is a big draw but there are some other things you and your friends or family might want to check out. There s a veterans services vendor here you can talk to, folks from the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. You can get a vaccine, a COVID vaccine. That was a last-minute addition. There s a free COVID clinic, said Shannon Powell, with the state Department of Agriculture.The Summer Food Fest kicked off Friday and continues through Sunday. It runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day at the Giant Expo Hall at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg.Parking is free.
