Plans for the property call for a $150 million development with more than 560 single-family homes. The first phase of the new community will include 163 lots. “The property’s location in the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the city of Denton created unique challenges in terms of obtaining necessary approvals,” Justin Bono, founder and president of Astra Development, said in a statement. “Astra worked closely with the city of Denton on the creation of this development, and are pleased to be able to turn it over to D.R.
