While you can have the general celebration and everything, we have a different perspective from the africanamerican community. This was a long history to understand exactly the distinction in terms of the celebration for one community and the kind of lack of observers on the other part of the community. What does it mean to people who history of segregation. You have to understand the kind of sensitivity that might be distinct from one community to another.
