Damage. Four people are dead and 18 unaccounted for after a wall of mud buried the Snohomish County town of oso north of seattle. Huge mud, debris, trees. Eye witnesses describe a mountain of muted so enormous they werent sure they would make it out alive. I just saw the darkness. Even in the aftermath, the area was so unstable the. The mud was too thick and deep. Even First Responders were forced to retreat for their own safety. Some of them who went in literally got caught in up to their armpits and had to be dragged out by ropes themselves. The sheer size of the slide, square mile in total. All i could see was debris.
