Its believed to have been taken in vallejo. Two people are fighting in a driveway. Theyve been identified as a 15yearold. The blond girl looks like shes trying to slap the boy then things escalate. The boy then grabs the girl and slams her to the ground. It seems like the impact is so hard that shes out of it a bit. Its not that surprising to one vallejo resident. Its so bad.
