The video shows a teenage boy body slamming a girl to the ground after a profanity filled verbal altercation. But as jacky ward shows us it gets worse after that. Reporter its certainly an unsettling video that was posted on youtube 2 days ago. It may be hard for some people to watch but its racked up more than 100,000 views. Its believed to have been taken in vallejo. Two people are fighting in a driveway. Theyve been identified as a 15yearold. The blond girl looks like shes trying to slap the boy then things escalate. The boy then grabs the girl and slams her to the ground. It seems like the impact is so hard that shes out of it a bit. Its not that surprising to one vallejo resident. Its so bad. Its so evil right now that its hard to make a call on Something Like that. Its just so ugly, but living here i see it everyday. After being slammed on to the ground the girl appeared to have a really hard time getting up. As she tried to sit up it looks like shes having a seizure. She was taken to a local hospital and later tweeted she was okay. This has generated quite a discussion online. Some believe the girl is the aggressor in this situation. Others are saying shes a victim of abuse. Weve reached out to Vallejo Police to see if any charges have been filed but we have yet to hear back. Jacky, thank you. San jose states president is speaking out about Sexual Assault. The president vowed to change how the university handles Sexual Assault cases and treats victims. She insists that School Officials will do more to insist that sjsu is a safe and inclusive community. Two female students reported being sexually assaulted by a member of the mens Water Polo Team last month. That student has since left the country. And two pedestrians were hit while trying to cross the highway after a crash. It happened around 8 15 a. M. A silver sudan there with damage to the front bumper and air bags deployed. Then when we pan over on the other side of 680 you see the red car with a mangled hood. So far no other details. Three hikers from the bay area reported missing in a remote area have been found safe. Steven morales and Christine Ricks were hiking when they didnt return home sunday as expected family members contacted police. They were found safe this morning. San franciscos interim police chief is holding a town hall meeting to update the public on a shooting that left an officer partially paralyzed. Officer kevin downs was shot in the head on friday night in the lake shore neighborhood. Acting chief said the bullet was a centimeter away from a major artery. The suspected gunman was shot in a shoot out with police. He later died on sunday. Officer downs meanwhile is in critical condition. The town hall meeting is scheduled for this thursday at 6 00 at the Scottish Rite Center on 19th avenue. Right now police are trying to track down this man. He and another man were involved in a fight that started at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant then continued into the parking lot. It happened two nights ago that officers are hoping somebody recognizes these guys or their pickup trucks. New details within the last hour, two San Francisco supervisors introduced a resolution directing San Francisco to break its business relationship with wells fargo bank. This stems from the recent fake account scandal. Wells fargo employees opened 2 million fake accounts and have to pay 185 million in fines. Its ceo just resigned last week. Authorities say john felix shot and killed those officers when they responded to a domestic disturbance call earlier this month. He pleaded not guilty to murder charges. If convicted he could face the death penalty. The Little Valley fire burning northeast of lake tahoe is nearing containment. Its burned nearly 2300 acres and destroyed 23 homes since friday. Evacuation orders have been lifted and that fire is now 90 contained. The cause still under investigation. San jose city leaders are meeting in about an hour to consider the proposal. Only 16 permitted pot collectives would be allowed to deliver cannabis. Drivers would need background checks with the police department. Emeriville may pay the highest minimum wage in the country. The city council is going to vote on whether to pass a fair work week policy. That would make sure part time workers get a fair and stable schedule. Right now low wage workers make 14. 44 an hour but according to to several groups most part time workers have hours that fluctuate from week to week. Mark davis and his executives are supposed to push for nfl approval to move the team to las vegas. They have to get approval from 24 out of the 32 nfl owners.
