News from the courts John Steven Dougan admitted being drunk and disorderly and damaging property. High Bailiff Jayne Hughes also ordered him to pay £150 compensation for the cleaning of the cell. Prosecuting advocate Rachael Braidwood told the court that police on patrol saw Dougan arguing with a woman in Duke Street in Douglas on November 28 at 11.25pm.
