reflected in the wins, whoever wins the two raises president trump: i know there are, but i think steve will actually agree with me on this point, especially in the senate race we are talking about, the outcome is in doubt. we are talking about 12,000 plus vote margin, that the governor leads by. there hasn t been a recount in modern history anywhere that has changed by more than 500 votes. that is number one. number two, and really important when talking about the desire to make sure that the people respect and believe in the outcome of an election, what governor nelson and folks in d.c., lawyers on his behalf, are doing, i m really troubled by, trying to undermine and change the very election laws in florida that were put in place. if you don t like the election laws, there is a process to change them. there is legislation. at the idea that they could come in now because they are not happy with the results and try
use. are there problems with the election? absolutely. are they limited to south florida? no. we have problems in the panhandle, which accepted ballots by each email against explicit order of the governor. these are things that have popped up that our problems, but by and large, the election has been run pretty smoothly, the recount is going smoothly. i agree with alex, the outcome is unlikely to change it, unless in the hand recount of the younger votes in broward, terms out it was a machine read error. i think the best we can all do is try to provide competent in the process so that when we have a winner we can all come together and say, hey, it worked, and move on. shannon: the next milestone is the 3:00 p.m. deadline tomorrow. we will see who makes it, who doesn t come as you said, steve, 66 out of 67 counties look like they re going to make it. we will see what happens in palm beach. steve and alex, thank you very much. thank you. shannon: more on the allegations against mic
and change those is what i think is really threatening to people s confidence in this process. shannon: a number of lawsuits you all know on both sides. some the candidates aren t even party to them, they feel like they are being exploited by outside parties paired with the attorney general of florida, pam bondi, tonight talking about criminal investigation. phil talked about the allegations that there were dates changed on affidavits, allegations by a political reporter that he heard a voice mail that somebody was called and asked if they wanted to clarify or change their data while after the time it would have been legal. steve, there is a lot to unpack here. do you think people have confidence when it is done? well, frankly, i think it is on folks like us. there is a huge bridge between malpractice and fraud. at this point, the florida department of law enforcement said there is no fraud. the division of elections actually put staffers in broward county the entire election c
