The German discount grocery is close to closing a deal to build a 20,000 square-foot new store in a detached parcel, a former Capital City Bank branch, within the 20-acre shopping center. Located on a .77-acre strip, it will be sandwiched between Aveda Institute and Ocala Road. They are very excited about the location, and they’re very excited about Tallahassee,” said Steve Leoni, co-founder of Student Housing Partners, the shopping center s property manager.
