Tonight, her department granl wa graduated dozens was honored tonight as her department graduated a new plas of recruits. The bay area native was shot and killed last night while responding to a Domestic Violence call in North Sacramento. Kate larson was at the ceremony and joins us live from sacramento. Kate .
