MORRISTOWN â State police charged two Ogdensburg residents with unlawfully publishing an intimate image stemming from an April 25 complaint from the town of Morristown. Katherine H. House, 21, was charged at 11:45 a.m. Thursday and Brian M. McDonald, 30, was charged at 10:32 a.m. Saturday. Both individuals were released on appearance tickets. Sunday, April 25, 2021 - 9:20 am STOCKHOLM A Stockholm man was arrested Saturday following an alleged domestic dispute, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies. Stephen W. Smutz, 27, was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and aggravated family offense, all felonies, officers said. He was also charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, deputies said. Smutz allegedly forced entry into a residence and assaulted a person there with a knife, officers said. He also reportedly damaged property that did not belong to him. Smutz fled the scene but was located a short time later and taken into custody, deputies said. ....
