Reese, 32, DeKalb Junction, and Francis R. Baker, 47, Hammond, were each charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: More than 10 grams of a stimulant, felony, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, officers said. Both subjects were charged at 12:42 p.m. and ordered held.
