The Medicaid Expansion is interesting because part of the way that were going to get everybody covered is expanding medicaid up to 133 of poverty. Thats part of the Affordable Care act. And the president and the administration are being very strong right now about insisting that states have to follow the law to a t and not be able to implement it incrementally or partially. So not only leave it out of the talk but the administration is holding firm right now and insisting that this Medicaid Expansion either take place in its entirety or not at all.
