Opinions, i may have voted a certain way, i may have thoughts about the president. because, look, this is not a case where you will find someone who didn t know who donald trump was. this is not a case where you will find someone on the jury who had no opinions about donald trump. i think it is virtually impossible to have zero opinions about donald trump area and everybody in america has a thought about donald trump. and yet, by the time you got those 12, once they had withstood the crucible of examination during the process, those were people who i guess i am not that surprised, who had self-selected, kept themselves on the jury, and you are right. there was always a chance of a stealth juror who would ve said i am going to say all the right things and sneak on this jury. yes, that was a possibility. maybe we got lucky. maybe we got historically lucky. maybe american history got lucky because no stealth jurors apparently made it onto the jury. although republicans might say a stealth ....

Process because, obviously, there was a real concern with this juror probably unrelated to the facts of the case. that wasn t properly vetted out in jury selection. that was the other thing i was wondering about. if you see the potential for this to possibly be a rogue juror or a juror that came in with, you know, the idea that i know what i m going to do but i m going to act like i m not going to do it to get on the jury. we call those stealth jurors. thank you. i had a high profile case a couple years ago where we caught three very potential stealth jurors. we only caught them through a lot of work and social media investigations. yes, there are definitely jurors, particularly in high profile cases who want to get on the panel for reasons having nothing to do with community service or civic service. because they have an unspoken agenda that they want to infect the jury and the trial with. and it sounds like that may be happening here today. if that s true, we re done. it s go ....

Able to find a jury in baltimore that can reach a consensus because there are so many strong feelings on both sides of this. if you get just one, maybe two stealth jurors, people that will lie about their true intentions just to get on the jury, this can happen again. they should have moved it out of baltimore to start with and should do it moving forward. could they still for the other five? how do they make that argument? well, they absolutely can and i think they should move it. the defense had asked for it. the prosecution disagreed with that idea and they opposed the motion and the judge sided with the prosecution. but as we see, there are people that have very strong feelings on both sides of this case. and even if they didn t intentionally lie to get on the jury, there s really no way to set aside some deeply held conviction. if you re really pro police or you re really pro prosecution or something like that or pro defense in this case and you wind up in that jury room, it s ....

A choice between the change of venue or being the third defendant to go on trial after two others go on trial, i know him. you want to be the third. i don t think in today eats day and age of media, social media and the internet that moving it to a different venue is going to eradicate the whole feeling that if i rule one way or another way it s going to be f to have an effect on a community. all right, arthur. he just completely dodged the issue by pointing to a good favorable ruling concerning something that has nothing to do with vein you. he knows that jurors lie during jury selection. they re called stealth jurors and if you re going to have stealth jurors, it s going to be in a case like this where people have an agenda. there was a report not long ago that that was a plan in motion. that there were folks plotting to go out and register to vote so that they could get on this jury. ....
