Work will take place throughout Staten Island Monday, Dec. 21, through Thursday, Dec. 24. There will be no work on Friday, Dec. 25, in observance of Christmas. To register a complaint or to report a pothole or other street defect, call either the city’s central complaint hotline at 311 or the Staten Island DOT office at 212-839-2395.
