더불어민주당 대선 주자인 추미애 전 법무부 장관이 23일 서울 여의도 국회 소통관에서 가진 대선 1호 공약 발표 기자회견에 앞서 마스크를 벗고 있다. 뉴스1 더불어민주당 대권주자인 추미애 전 법무부장관은 더불어민주당과 국민의힘이 법사위원장을 21대 국회 전반기와 후반기로 나눠 맡기로 합의한 점에 대해 “민주당은 법사위원장 야당 양도 합의의 잘못된 거래를 철회해야 한다”고 주장했다.

추 전 장관은 25일 페이스북에 “법사위가 체계 자구 심사를 빌미로 법안 상정의 발목을 잡는 구실을 해왔다. 그래서 여당은 법사위원장을 지키려하고 야당은 기어코 빼앗으려고 했다”고 적었다.
