李家超掌資審會：確保「愛國者治港」

　　政府發言人表示，「獲委任的資審會非官守成員均是愛國者，即維護國家主權、安全和發展利益；尊重和維護國家的根本制度和香港特別行政區（香港特區）的憲制秩序及全力維護香港的繁榮穩定。」資審會委任名單於昨日生效，並會於7月9日藉憲報公告。 　　根據基本法附件一及附件二，資審會負責審查並確認選舉委員會委員候選人、行政長官候選人和立法會議員候選人的資格。香港特區維護國家安全委員會根據香港特區政府警務處維護國家安全部門的審查情況，就選舉委員會委員候選人、行政長官候選人和立法會議員候選人是否符合擁護中華人民共和國香港特區基本法、效忠中華人民共和國香港特區的法定要求和條件作出判斷，並就不符合上述法定要求和條件者向資審會出具審查意見書。 　　確保選舉公平公正 　　梁愛詩表示，對獲
