香港專家：候選人資審會成員人選非常“巧妙” 　　根據香港基本法附件一及附件二，資審會負責審查並確認選舉委員會委員候選人、行政長官候選人和立法會議員候選人的資格。香港特區維護國家安全委員會根據香港警務處的審查情況，就有關候選人是否符合擁護香港基本法、效忠香港特區的法定要求和條件作出判斷，并就不符合上述法定要求和條件者向資審會出具審查意見書。 　　除主席李家超外，資審會成員還包括特區政府政制及內地事務局局長曾國衛、民政事務局局長徐英偉、保安局局長鄧炳強3名官守成員，以及全國人大常委會香港基本法委員會前副主任梁愛詩、香港特區立法會前主席范徐麗泰、香港中文大學前校長劉遵義3名非官守成員。 　　這樣的組合，能否發揮資審會應盡的職能？香港資深評論員、中國光大集團高級研究員周
