May 11, 2021 Keokuk, Ia- The Lee County Narcotics Task Force has reported the arrests of multiple Keokuk residents on felony and misdemeanor drug charges. 59-year-old Kenneth Howell of Keokuk was arrested on Thursday, May 6th 2021, at his residence in the 1100 block of Concert Street in Keokuk. Howell was charged with Delivery of over 5 grams of Methamphetamine, 2nd or subsequent offense; Possession with Intent to Deliver less than 5 grams of methamphetamine, 2nd of subsequent offense; Drug tax Stamp Violation, Maintaining a Drug House, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Pills, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Two Keokuk Juveniles were also arrested on Friday, May 7th 2021 at HyVee in Keokuk. The two juveniles were charged with Possession with intent to deliver Marijuana, Drug Tax Stamp Violation, Maintaining a Drug House, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Pills, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. ....
January 21, 2021 Burlington, Ia- Authorities have announced the arrest of a Burlington man on drug possession charges following the execution of a search warrant. On Wednesday, January 20th, the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force, Iowa Department of Narcotics Enforcement, Burlington Police Department, Des Moines, and Henry County Sheriff’s Offices, and the Iowa State Patrol tactical Unit executed a search warrant on a residence in the 100 blk. of Hayes Court. The search warrant was executed in reference to an ongoing narcotics investigation. 37-year-old Damario Johnson of Burlington (Above) was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Drug tax Stamp Violation and Child Endangerment. ....
