Nearly all Houston-area school districts have canceled classes at least through Wednesday due to winter storm conditions, widespread power outages and concerns about campus water damage.
Each of the region’s 25 largest school districts said they will not hold in-person or virtual classes Wednesday, while a handful of smaller districts had not announced decisions as of Tuesday afternoon. ....
