Later when they caught up with the suspects they took one into custody but there was an issue with the other. They say that suspect other appeared to have a weapon so an officer fired at him and he died of injuries. We are unclear if the first suspect was the one that may have had the weapon. Still a lot of details we need cleared up in terms of the time line. Were getting our information from Greeley Police even though this involved two officers from evans police. The local option is take 37th and find your way south to highway 52 and make your way back to 85 but that adds time. These roads are not used to handling the amount of volume coming through.
