Reporter monday evening, she was walking her dog at wa road and 52nd avenue in arvada and an suv making a left turn struck her and killed her. You cant believe that someone that vibrant would be gone from your life so suddenly. She always had a smile. Shell forever. Thoughts turned to her dog jesse. Our fear is that the dog is hiding out of fear. Hes probably hungry and cold. They searched for four days, looking at every vet and animal shelter. We all rallied around the idea that this would be something that we could have a bright light if we could find her and bring her home. Investigation of vehicular homicide, driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident. Police say drugs or alcohol or both were involved. The crash happened last night on colorado boulevard and involved four cars. Police say white hit a prius which hit two other cars. The person in the prius died.
