We dont want to stream how and where we can spend those impact fees. We might find ourselves in a situation there are projects that might otherwise be eligible that still serve soma and central soma because of these boundaries, it just allows some additional flexibility. We just want to take another look at it and make sure were articulating it correctly and present an amendment that works. It wasnt quite apparent that was the case yet. I see what youre saying.
