She was run over while crossing the intersection of east Delaware Avenue in newark around 2 00 a. M. The University Courtyard apartments are at that intersection. Police have not identified the woman. Investigators are working to identify the driver and the vehicle. Delaware state police shot a man they say broken into the rite aid on naamans road in claymont. The oakland tribune reports 43yearold Frederick Parker was hosting the party for a friend when he was shot outside his apartment on 96th avenue near ban cost.
