And have you evaluated, sort of the ground mounted solar, in the city limits or the land owned by the puc outside of the city . Because you must have tremendous rights of way going out sort of to other places . Yes it is mostly outside of San Francisco. And in the ground field areas that we have looked at. But, we most of the opportunities are outside of the city, and frankly, they are more economic outside of the city not just because of the cost of the land but also because of the solar exposure and the Solar Opportunities are greater and so for the same solar panel located in San Francisco and you will get more hours produced in senol than in San Francisco.
