A few minutes. Developing news in the east bay. Three teens are being treated at a hospital after being shot and the shooter is on the loose. It happened in berkeley on Parker Street near san pablo avenue just after 7 30 last night. There are not a lot of details but police said the victims were sitting in a car. At this point they were parked and stationary and somebody opened fire on the vehicle. I dont know if there was something in the car they were targeting or the groups whole. Those are things that we are looking at. The victims are between 16 and 19. Two are in serious condition, the third nonlifethreatening injuries.
