Refugee organizations and local governments are quickly running out of accommodation for Ukrainian refugees and are dissatisfied with the level of state support. The government said one solution is to stop large numbers of refugees being brought privately to Estonia.

On the issue of doing sports in the fresh air, removing the coronavirus certificate requirement has been discussed, but there is no consensus between the government's scientific council, the Health Board (Terviseamet) and the government itself.
The government on Thursday decided to begin providing financial support for care homes where the employee vaccination coverage exceeds 90 percent. The support scheme sees €120 paid for each vaccinated worker.
