The Town of Snowmass Village is gearing up to implement an ordinance that would give locals an advantage in the town’s lottery system for deed-restricted housing.
The Snowmass Village Town Council directed town staff to conduct an engineering study on a transit center proposal, slowly getting the ball moving after months of mulling over designs for a redevelopment of the Snowmass Mall transit depots.
The Snowmass Village Town Council approved a $12.5 million purchase of property the town will use to develop workforce housing next to the Snowmass Center.
