Fifth + Broad's food hall sets debut | Nashville Post

Officials with the soon-to-open Assembly Food Hall at Fifth + Broadway have announced its phase one opening will be next Thursday. Phase two will open in May, according to a release.
The food hall is one of the anchors of the downtown-based mixed-use development, which also houses the headquarters-to-be of Alliance Bernstein and the 381-unit The Place residential tower and the National Museum for African American Music. The expansive multi-level dining and entertainment facility will feature more than 25 eateries, multiple bars, two full-service restaurants, live music venues and a rooftop space overlooking Broadway.
Phase one eateries include Cotton & Snow, DeSano Pizzeria, Donut Distillery, NoBaked Cookie Dough, Oke Poké, Smokin Chikin, Thai Esane and Whisk Crepes Café. Also to open are a wine bar offering more than 40 wine choices and a bar serving more than 32 local and national craft beers on draft. ....

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Feb. 4, 2021) – With flavors from France to Philly, Assembly Food Hall is bringing two new-to-Nashville concepts to its multilevel dining and entertainment destination at Fifth + Broadway. The much-anticipated downtown establishment is opening its doors this spring.
Whisk Crepes Café will feature sweet and savory crepes that Chef Julien Eelsen learned to make as a child in France. Born and raised in Paris, he learned the art of creating “the perfect crepe” from his grandmother. Chef Eelsen’s menu includes savory crepes with a variety of fillings like eggs, chicken, ham, bacon, smoked salmon and brisket. “Midnight in Paris” is one of his sweet crepes made with raspberries, ....

Assembly Food Hall to welcome locals upon spring opening
Officials with Fifth + Broadway and The Food Hall Co. announced Thursday a trio of local restaurants for the development’s Assembly Food Hall: Turkish cuisine focused Istanbul Shawarma, Cotton & Snow Shaved Ice and The Pharmacy Wurst.
According to a release, The Pharmacy Wurst will join sister eatery The Pharmacy Burger the well-known East Nashville locale was one of the first restaurants to sign with Fifth + Broadway in early 2019 at the soon-to-open downtown facility. It will feature bratwurst and currywurst as well as new offerings such as beer-battered bratwurst corndogs and panchanga (a vegan wurst). ....
