I wrote this magazine adventure rides in santa cruz mountains, and its something that i think we need to think about for opening up all space possible. Theres a concept called freedom to roam. If you look it up in wikipedia there is a lot of discussion about it and it says we want to give access to everything, all land as much as possible and i think thats the way it should go. Consider the marin marin municipal water district. They allow extensive recreation.
