About 100 tofthat police were called to the house around 9 19 pm and again 10 25 pm regarding a noise complaint. At 10 48 pm and officer headed to the home to investigate. And the first shooting reports came in two minutes later. There is talk about students wanting to go to the rich houses because they have the best time.
