Last time i did get a medal but i did get to be one of the first to openly gay men to compete for team usa Winter Olympics which is an incredibly opportunity and because of that i got to speak on it a lot and raise a lot of awareness and there was a case that was seen on tv that was kind of unexpected, but i feel that was a visual representation of Me And My Olympics experience in the community and i think it was a pretty special moment to have that broadcast to the world and on the world stage and to help normalise same sex relationships and have people see a same sex kiss and it not be some crazy thing, just haveit it not be some crazy thing, just have it be part of everyday life.
