The Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday opposed the bail plea of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and said that we are in the process of gathering some fresh evidence as there is some crucial evidence that is still being unearthed.
Delhi court on Friday said it will pronounce its order on former Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia s bail plea on March 31 in the excise policy case lodged by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Following the arrest of former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia, 9 opposition leaders have written to the Prime Minister expressing their concerns over the 'Misuse of Central Agencies'.
