Turns out, one of the film s important characters is now headed for a spinoff series. Lara Jean s sister s character Kitty, played by Anna Cathcart, is reportedly in early development at Netflix for a spinoff TV series.
It’s reported that the series would center on the character played by
Anna Cathcart and follow her on her quest to find true love.

Awesomeness Productions and ACE Entertainment is developing the half-hour romantic comedy series which would “follow Kitty Song Covey (Cathcart), Lara Jean’s younger sister, as she goes on her own journey to find true love.”

To All the Boys: Always and Forever was released on February 12, 2021, and we thought we had to leave the world of protagonist Lara Jean (Lana Condor) and her relationship with Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo) behind. But for many viewers, the character of Katherine Kitty Song Covey, Lara Jean s younger sister, stood out. Played by Anna Cathcart, Kitty s plucky personality made her everyone s favorite little sister. Now, plans are in the works at Netflix to give Cathcart (and Kitty) a leading role.

A series spinoff of Netflix s hit teen rom-com film franchise To All The Boys I ve Loved Before is in development with Anna Cathcart, who played Kitty, the youngest of the three Covey sisters in the popular trilogy, in the lead. According to Deadline, the franchise from Awesomeness and ACE Entertainment is behind the potential series.
