A half-hour romantic comedy series from Awesomeness Productions and ACE Entertainment is being eyed at the streamer,
Variety has confirmed. The show would follow Kitty Song Covey (Cathcart), Lara Jean’s younger sister, as she goes on her own journey to find true love.

The author of the “To All the Boys” books, Jenny Han, is on board as the creator, writer and executive producer of the series. Siobhan Vivian is co-writing the pilot script with Han. Awesomeness and ACE, which produced the three “To All the Boys” films for Netflix, would develop the series. Netflix declined to comment on the possible series.

If you did not want Lara Jean and Peter Kavinsky s love story to end when To All the Boys: Always and Forever released this February, Netflix has found a way to breathe life into the much loved film franchise. Turns out, one of the film s important characters is now headed for a spinoff series. Lara Jean s sister s character Kitty, played by Anna Cathcart, is reportedly in early development at Netflix for a spinoff TV series.
Stephen Graham, Sindhu Vee, Andrea Riseborough Join Matilda Cast

Stephen Graham (“The Irishman”), Andrea Riseborough (“Luxor”) and Sindhu Vee (“Feel Good”) have joined the cast of Netflix and Sony Pictures’ musical adaptation of the beloved children’s story “Matilda,” directed by Matthew Warchus (“Pride”).
Graham and Riseborough will play Mr. and Mrs. Wormwood, while Vee will portray Mrs. Phelps. They join the previously announced cast of Alisha Weir, who plays the title role of Matilda, BAFTA and Academy Award winner Emma Thompson, playing Miss Trunchbull, and Lashana Lynch who plays Miss Honey.
